Neeko is a vastaya , so she is like vastayan champion such as xayah rakan wukung , vastayan champion are mobile and provide more of a fun gameplay , neeko is a nice champion she might not seem dangerous at first but certainly she is, she is always looking for new things to be as a Chameleon she copies the image of whoever and whatever she wants thats in the story in the game her passive works only on her teammates

Abilities  

PASSIVE: INHERENT GLAMOUR

Neeko can appear as an ally champion , however taking or dealing damage to and from enemy champion breaks the illusion and increase the coldown

Q: BLOOMING BURST
Neeko sends a bloom that damage enemies , if the bloom kills minion or enemy champion or large monster it will bloom again dealing more damage

W: SHAPESPLITTER
passive: every third auto attack neeko burst enemies dealing increased magic damage and increases her movement speed

Active : neeko become invisible and sends her clone sprinting in a choosing direction

E: TANGLE-BARBS

neeko throws a magical spiral in a target direction hitting multiple enemies the longer he hits the longer the root last

R: POP BLOSSOM

neeko charge up her self moments later she hits an aoe damage in a big area gainning a shield and stunning all enemy champions with in the circle
