Season 9 Ranked Changes

The current ranked system has been alive since 2013 riot has decided to to throw a little improvement to say the least , in fact its not little at all , next season rank system will get major changes including borders ranked division , main rules , rank logo and armor and the best of all challenger recall so lets break this out

Lane rank within Rank system

In audition to normal rank system that rely on lp (League points) riot ranked dev team have decided the ability to set an independent rank for each lane , say for an exemple your a platinum player who main top lane your so aware of the lane ganks times match ups farm ect , however if you autofilled mid its a completely different story , its like asking a soccer player to play basketball on a high level so to solve this problem even if your a plat player however you ll have a rank mid of silver for exemple cause your not a very good mid laner compare to your top lane skill , the technical part is you will be queued with silver players in the mid lane which will reduce the stress and the feeling like you being smurfed on and to be fair to the players that master most of lanes to have more lp to thiere names and get more rewards each split

League Splits and Season
I guess you will be familiar with splits if your an esports fan , this season splits will be a part of ranked season as well , the season will be made of three splits , at the end of each split you will receiving rewards if you keep your honor level higher enough LUL , and by the way you rank will follow you everywhere not just your profile and down the banner is your rank from last season
